I recently created a listing of Successful Black Business Women to know. Having spoken to other female Entrepreneurs of Color who were interested in learning more about Sistas in Business for guidance and also for inspiration,I thought this would be a very useful list to create. The list is in no particular order and it contains Black Professional Women in a range of careers and varying degrees of success. From the biggest Icon and Idol,Oprah to new entrepreneurs and young entrepreneurs, the listing is meant to give my fellow Black Women and also Black Men in Business, a look at how much faith, hard work, and innovation really does pay off.

Positive Images for African American Children

You ever seen that phone commercial where the guy says 'I'm working on it'. Well, as far as Black Self image is concerned, I feel like I'm doing the same thing. I really feel like we need to stop TALKING about what's wrong with our society and start focusing on what's right and how we can reproduce those things.
